All sales are final. For iOS purchases, refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies. We cannot directly process refunds for purchases made through the App Store.

• Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms as a third-party beneficiary.
• You must comply with Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
• Your license to use our app is limited to a non-transferable license on any Apple-branded device that you own or control.
